Easy Three Ingredient Nutella Brownies will be the answer to your dessert prayers! This homemade brownie recipe is crazy easy thanks to delicious nutella—all you need is a heaping cup of the good stuff, some flour and a couple eggs. You mix that together and—voila!—brownie batter ready to pop into the oven.
These brownies come our ridiculously rich, fudgy and chocolatey, making for the perfect brownie bite. For those who aren’t big hazelnut fans the nutella definitely lends itself to a more chocolate flavor in these brownies and the hazelnuts take a backseat. You really can’t beat a recipe that’s so simple and tasts so great!
Ingredients
1 cup nutella
2 eggs
10 Tb all purpose flour (or ½ cup plus 2 Tb)
¼ tsp salt (optional)
¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a regular (not a mini) 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix together eggs and Nutella in a medium bowl until smooth. Add in flour and mix until just combined. Evenly spread into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle each with a few chocolate chips, if desired.
Bake 12 minutes.
