With just 6 ingredients, all of which you probably already have at the house, this sweet treat is going to be your new go-to dessert! My husband’s favorite dessert is cheesecake – he will skip over regular cake and ice cream any day of the week for cheesecake. Sometimes it can be a pain, but this dip is ready in just 5 minutes! No store trip getting particular ingredients and less mess for clean makes this momma one happy camper with the easy preperation. The outcome is sweet and delicious, so you can’t go wrong here!
Ingredients
1 8 ounce block of cream cheese (softened)
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup, softened)
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix together cream cheese, butter, powder sugar, vanilla and brown sugar with an electric mixer. Stir in chocolate chips. Serve with chocolate animal crackers or graham cracker sticks. When you refrigerate the dip it becomes more stiff. It then can be shaped into a ball and rolled in chopped pecans or more mini chips and you have a chocolate chip cheesecake cheese ball.
