This S’Mores Ice Cream Pie Has None of the Mess with All of the Flavor
Do you like S’Mores? Do you like ice cream? Do you like pie? What if I told you you could have all three at the same time? If your sweet tooth is anything like mine, then you are probably jumping for joy right now. This S’Mores Ice Cream Pie is everything I could have wanted in a dessert, and is perfect for cooling off in the summer time. In fact, I think it may be replacing apple pie as my new summer barbecue go-to. None of my friends or family seem to mind!
This recipe does take a little more attention than the usual baking I prefer to do, but the results are so worth it. The reason for the extra time is that in order to get the marshmallows toasted, without ruining the ice cream, you need to do a few extra steps. But they involve fire, so that makes it a little more fun!

Quick Tip: Making graham cracker crumbs is easy if you don’t have a food processor. Just put the crackers in a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to smash. Kids love helping with this.
