Easy and Amazing, This Recipe Is Perfect For Fall!
Making cake in the slow cooker is one of the best ideas anyone ever had. You don’t have to turn on the oven, butter cake pans or mess around with constantly scraping down the sides of a mixing bowl. All that you need is cake mix and a slow cooker! This recipe for slow cooker pumpkin spice cake is one of the best things I have ever made in my slow cooker and I am so excited that I have so many months left in the fall season to make it again and again and again…
Cake mix is poured into the crock pot and gussied up with some pumpkin spices. Real pumpkin puree and condensed milk are then added and the crock pot is covered and turned on to work its magic. Did you notice there are no eggs needed in this recipe? How much simpler could it get!
After 4 hours of cooking and making your house smell amazing as it cooks, the cake is ready to serve! Top the pumpkin spice cake with caramel, ice cream, nuts or just eat it plain. The hardest part is waiting for it to cool slightly so that you don’t burn your mouth as you devour piece after piece!
