Only 2 Ingredients Needed To Make This Chocolate Cake
I love chocolate cake. Honestly who doesn’t. When I think of chocolate cake the movie Matilda comes to mind with the gooey oozing piled high chocolate that the principal forces the little boy to eat until he is sick. A small bite of that cake would satisfy my cravings on most days. But unfortunately gluten is out.
Just because I have a gluten intolerance though does not mean I don’t adore chocolate cake. This Nutella Cake is so delicious that my friends have no idea they are eating gluten free with me. It really is that good. It’s rich, creamy, and cool. It only takes a small slice to fill you up and this one cake can serve a crow easily.
To make it look fancy I toss some fresh berries on top. Raspberries are my favorite by sliced strawberries or cherries work well too. I’m always asked for this recipe by friends and hate to share my secret. I don’t want them to know it’s only two ingredients. I’d rather keep the secret safe and keep wowing them when I make it. It’s hard to impress in the desert category when everything you contribute is gluten free.
