Ingredients
8oz. block cream cheese softened to room temperature
5 bananas
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
2 cups milk
1tsp vanilla
1 6 serving box of instant vanilla pudding
1 box vanilla wafer cookies divided
3 cups heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth. Add in pudding mix, milk and vanilla and beat until completely mixed together.
In separate bowl beat heavy cream until soft peaks have formed. Then add in powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside 2 ½ cups of the whipped cream.
Fold remaining whipped cream into pudding mixture.
Line the bottom of a 9×13 pan with vanilla wafer cookies. Slice bananas and layer banana slices over the vanilla wafers. Spread pudding mixture on top of the wafers and bananas. It’s okay if the layers don’t stay perfectly separated.
Top with whipped cream. Then cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
Before serving top with remaining vanilla wafers—some whole and some crushed into chunky crumbs.
