The Recipe That Completely Changed My Opinion On This Green Vegetable

You Don’t Have To Be On A Diet To Crave This Addictive Side Dish!

It can be hard at times to come up with healthy vegetable side dishes that both taste good enough for my kids to eat them and tempt picky, adult eaters to give them a try. This Cheesy Brussel Sprout Bake is one such dish that will have even your pickiest of eaters clamoring for more!

This recipe features roasted, green Brussels sprouts topped with an ooey gooey cheese sauce and grated Parmesan cheese, then baked again until the cheese is bubbling and melted all over! Isn’t that a mouthful of a side dish! Mmm!

This recipe is originally used with whole wheat flour and skim milk. Of course, you’re not obligated to use those ingredients; you can use regular flour and whole milk for a thicker sauce. While there’s not much difference in calories, whole wheat has more nutrients than white flour does.

This Cheesy Brussels Sprout Bake is the perfect dinner party accompaniment. They’re also great as a side dish on a night when you need a healthy and yummy vegetable option! Eat this alongside a plate of baked chicken, or chicken parmesan, and your family will go nuts for it! You might even want to bring this to your next party!

Quick Tip: You can use all purpose flour if you do not have whole wheat flour.
