The Best Meatballs Take Only 5 Minutes To Cook!

Homemade Cheddar Cheese Meatballs, served over greens or pasta. Is your mouth watering yet? Before I started trying to eat a little healthier, I always felt that homemade meatballs were too much work.

Between mixing the beef, forming the balls, and cooking them just right, it seemed like it would take too long or I would mess it up. But when I got down to business, I discovered they weren’t as tough as I thought in the first place!

In fact, it takes me no time to make this recipe at all. As an added bonus, even my youngest toddler loves to eat these.

The important ingredient for me here is the grass fed ground beef. This is a personal choice for me because I like leaner ground beef and I like to be a little more economical in my purchases. If you can’t get your hands on grass fed beef, you can always just choose your favorite ground beef brand from the grocery store.

Even better, you can ask a butcher to grind down some chuck for you! It lessens your chances of bacteria and increases the quality of the meat. You can stick these meatballs on some toothpicks as appetizers, load them into a meatball sub, or top your pasta with them. Whatever you choose!

Quick Tip: If you don’t have almond flour, you can grind your own almonds in a food processor.
