Forget Ben and Jerry’s, There’s a New Ice Cream In Town- Made In Your Kitchen!

So much chocolate is packed into this no churn ice cream recipe that you are going to need a big glass of water while you’re eating! But no one over here is complaining about excess chocolate! Making ice cream at home has never been so easy with this super simple recipe. No cooking eggs or ice cream machines are needed, just a whisk and a metal pan to make this decadent treat. After seeing how easy it is to make, you are never going to need to buy ice cream again!

 

Ingredients:

2 cups Heavy Cream

1 cup Milk

⅔ cup Brown Sugar

⅓ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

⅛ tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 cups Chopped Cooked Brownies

½ cup Hot Fudge

 

Instructions:

In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat heavy cream on medium speed until it slightly thickens – about 3 minutes.

Add milk, brown sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 5 additional minutes.

Pour mixture into a metal loaf pan. Freeze for 90 minutes.

Remove ice cream from the freezer after 90 minutes and add chopped brownies. Add dollops of hot fudge over the entire surface of the ice cream. Use a spoon to mix it all together.

Freeze for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
