This Cookie and Candy Bar Recipe Satisfies Every Sweet Tooth
Sometimes it feels like the pantry is just overflowing with half eaten boxes of everything. From opened bags of chips going stale, to old bags of baking supplies that I was going to use someday, there’s always something lounging around in there that makes me feel guilty every time I open the door. So when I found this recipe by Averie Cooks, I was thrilled to discover something that could help me use up some of that. This is an M&M Oreo Cookie Bar, and it’s delicious as is. But you can toss just about anything from your pantry into this recipe and it will be just as good! I got rid of some peanut butter chips in mine, and next time I plan to use up the toasted coconut flakes that have been laying around.
This recipe takes five minutes to make and only half an hour to finish up, so you can be feeding your sweet tooth in under an hour. The basics of the recipe include only pantry staples, nothing out of the ordinary, so it’s very easy to have this dessert on the table whenever you want. Big thanks go to the chef at Averie Cooks for this delicious pantry cleaning recipe!
