Something That Tastes This Good Should Be Illegal
Do you see all those Oreo pieces? Is the caramel dripping down the side of these bars making your mouth water? Do you even notice the cookie crust or are you too busy getting out your mixer and preheating your oven to make these bars? Because all of those things are what I experienced when I first saw this recipe. I. Must. Have. These.
Now I have heard a few reasons why these bars are called “slutty” cheesecake bars (they get passed around a lot, they have a lot piled on top of them etc.) but whatever the reason for the name, these bars have rocked my world. The whole thing starts by pressing cookie dough into the bottom of a pan as the base of these bars. Aren’t cookie usually a dessert themselves?!? Here, they are just a tiny part of the goodness. Cheesecake batter, oreo cookies and caramel are all piled on and baked into pure perfection.
While you should probably wait until they are cool to cut into these bars, I couldn’t resist and devoured half of them while they were still warm. Trust me, you will be doing the same! So start baking now- and save me some!

Quick tip: Add crushed whoppers to the top of these for a double candy treat.
