Apples And Cookies In One Dessert? Sign Me Up!

Sugar cookie dough and apple pie filling are the only two ingredients you need to make perfect individual apple pies. Baking really doesn’t get any easier than this and the best part is that this recipe is not just easy but mouth-wateringly good! While the pies may be individually sized, you are definitely going to want to eat more than one. Top the pie with caramel sauce and you may even need to eat three! Don’t stress about making pie ever again, this recipe is the perfect solution to making a stress free dessert in a hurry.

 

Ingredients:

20 oz. Apple Pie Filling

Sugar Cookie Dough (premade or homemade!)

 

Instructions:

Cut Sugar Cookie Dough into 12 equal sized slices.

Spray muffin tin with baking spray.

Place cookie dough into oven at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

Remove cookie dough from oven and indent with the back of a cookie scoop.

Place a tablespoon of apple pie filling into the sugar cookie dough that’s now formed into a cupcake.

Place back into oven for another 6-8 minutes, remove.

Drizzle with Caramel Sauce and Whipped Cream should you dare!
