The Ultimate Cheesecake Dip
The night before Christmas Eve, our neighbor have a tradition – we do a ”sweet stop” every year. Neighbors rotate hosting this happy hour where we bake sweets and drink egg nog and wassil before we all dispurse for the holidays.
This annual gathering is usually where I find some of my favorite go-to recipes. Last year was no different. One of our neighbors, Mary Louise, brought this incredible chocolate chip cheesecake dip and served it with strawberries and graham crackers. It’s the perfect fun dip because you get all your favorite flavors of cheesecake without having to dirty up the springform pan, plates and forks!
It’s a fun treat to serve for family gatherings and super easy to make. Plus you don’t have to worry about washing all of those dishes preparing it and all of the dirty dishes and forks after serving it! I’ll make it if the kids have friends over too – it’s just so easy!
My favorite thing is having it for leftovers the next morning, if the kids don’t finish it off. Spread it on your toasted wheat bagel or toast and top with fresh berries. It takes regular cream cheese to a whole new level!
