4 Ingredients And My Mouth Is In Cheese Heaven!

  • christmas cheese ball

Between the dried cranberries, toasty walnuts, and fragrant rosemary, it was a huge hit at the appetizer table! If you don’t like cranberries, you could always add in a different nut mixed in with the walnuts, or you can try a different herb. Basil would be a delicious addition to the goat cheese.

You can’t go wrong with this super easy appetizer snack!

11 ounces goat cheese

1 tablespoon rosemary, finely minced

¾ cup walnuts, toasted, finely minced in a food processor

½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

Break up goat cheese.

Mix walnuts, rosemary and cranberries. Take half the mixture and mix it into the goat cheese.

Mold the goat cheese into a ball and roll in the remaining walnut mixture to coat. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up the cheese ball.

Serve with your favorite baked crackers.

Quick Tip: Drizzle the cheese ball with honey for an extra sweet treat!
