Between the dried cranberries, toasty walnuts, and fragrant rosemary, it was a huge hit at the appetizer table! If you don’t like cranberries, you could always add in a different nut mixed in with the walnuts, or you can try a different herb. Basil would be a delicious addition to the goat cheese.
You can’t go wrong with this super easy appetizer snack!
Ingredients:
11 ounces goat cheese
1 tablespoon rosemary, finely minced
¾ cup walnuts, toasted, finely minced in a food processor
½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
Instructions:
Break up goat cheese.
Mix walnuts, rosemary and cranberries. Take half the mixture and mix it into the goat cheese.
Mold the goat cheese into a ball and roll in the remaining walnut mixture to coat. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up the cheese ball.
Serve with your favorite baked crackers.
