An Oreo Cheesecake Recipe That Is Changing How Cheesecake is Made!
Have you ever spent time making a perfect cheesecake only to then over bake it making it dry and cracked and oh so sad? Well those days are over especially if you already have an instant pot pressure cooker! This cheesecake is actually baked inside the instant pot! No oven needed (which is great in the summertime- who wants to turn that hot oven on anyway! If you do not have an Instant pot, I strongly suggest you get one as it works wonders- think crock pot but 10 times faster and just as easy! No Instant pot luck then the oven will also work just fine for this recipe!
This recipe starts off like any regular cheesecake- an oreo cookie crust lines the bottom of the pan and a cream cheese laden filling tops it off. Then, the whole cheesecake pan is lowered into the instant pot and the top is sealed shut. About 40 minutes later, the cheesecake is perfectly steamed and is so flawlessly cooked that you will want to make another one right away!
