I first had this amazging dish at a Cinco de Mayo block party last year where my next door neighbor introduced me to this easy dip. She has 2 kids and is always on the go, but I knew this wasn’t store bought. After my fourth stolen chip, I had to ask her secert. It turns out, she said this one of the easiest dips she has ever made!
That night, as the neighborhood kids rode around on their bicycles and we sat in the cul-de-sac enjoying each other’s company, I skipped over the salsa and queso and kept going back for that creamy, cheesy goodness. I even tried guessing what was in it. Who knew a 6 ingredient bean dip in a throw-away container (no clean up!) could be this good?
