These White Chocolate Brownies Are Even Better Than The Original!

  • white chocolate brownies

Until that fateful day I’d never heard of this wonder dessert—white chocolate brownies! And, no, I’m not talking blondies, the ever-popular brown sugar bars. I’m talking real deal brownies made with melted white chocolate instead of regular baking chocolate. This means they have the same gooey, fudgy texture and chewy edges we love but with the unbeatable sweetness of white chocolate.

The recipe is an super easy, one bowl affair that comes together in minutes. And it’s easy to double the batch. I loved these after one bite and cannot wait to make them for my nieces party (and random sugar cravings). So good!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6oz white chocolate chips (or your favorite white chocolate bar)
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350*
In a glass bowl melt the butter with the white chocolate and stir until smooth. Add sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon. Mix in the salt, vanilla, and eggs until incorporated. Stir in flour until well combined.
Spread batter into a greased 8″ pan. Bake for 28 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Quick tip: Stir in a cup of white chocolate chips for extra white chocolate flavor—or a cup of dark chocolate chips for a pretty color contrast.
