Two Steps Is All It Takes To Make This Dip

  • artichoke dip

I can’t help but share my favorite snack recipe with everyone! My artichoke dip is so finger-licking good and addictive, but it’s the easiest thing to make. Seriously, all you have to do is mix the ingredients in a bowl and bake it!

If you love cheese, garlic, and tangy artichoke hearts, don’t go searching the web for some complicated recipe. Keep things simple, and whip my dip up for parties, football games, or just because!

If you have kids around, don’t set the bowl of artichoke dip down too quickly – it will be gone in the blink of an eye! I might suggest you double this recipe to be safe.

Ingredients:

14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more to sprinkle on top

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Dash of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients. Spread into an ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.

Serve with crackers, toasts or whatever you choose. Or, you know, just eat it with a spoon — no judgment!

Quick Tip: You can replace the mayonnaise with a light mayo to make the dip a little healthier.
