Have An Unbridled Passion For Chocolate?
I confess that I sometimes dream about chocolate. Desserts that I have seen or tasted, recipes that I have collected, even rivers of it, flowing past my mind’s eye. These are good dreams, sweet ones that I truly enjoy. If I pursued them while awake, I could easily weigh 1000 pounds, I am quite certain.
But when I saw Dorothy’s amazing recipe, I just knew that I had to try it. Can you even imagine hot fudge cheesecake sandwiched between a rich, chewy brownie? Yes, that was the trouble: I could imagine it, and all too vividly, I might add.
So it was off to the market to shop for the necessary ingredients. By the way, these are made largely from scratch, except for the hot fudge, so you will actually be making these brownies. This is not some brownie-in-a-box scenario – these are the real thing. Believe me, you will taste the difference. As Dorothy says, “….these Hot Fudge Cheesecake Brownies are a chocoholics dream!”
These are very easy brownies to make, too. Two bowls, stir a few ingredients around in one, beat two in the other bowl with a mixer, sandwich the one batter in between the other in a baking dish, bake for about half an hour and they’re done. Now comes the really hard part – waiting for them to cool!

Quick Tip: Want your brownies to have a crisper bottom? Line your baking pan with parchment paper instead of foil and spray it very lightly with cooking spray.
