Let the Flavors of Fall Warm You Up with This Tasty Soup

I’m not much for getting my recipes from big companies like Sargento. For the most part, I hunt around for small bloggers and home chefs who are just like me – making food for picky families, overworked at the end of the day, and still looking for the best way to eat healthy on a budget. But when I saw these amazing soup bowls, I had to give them a shot. I can never resist a great soup, especially not this time of the year.

This soup has all the flavors of fall in one pot. From the sweet taste of the apple harvest to the earthy flavor of squash, this soup truly has it all. Add some smoky bacon and some creamy cheese, and you’ve got an amazing way to warm up for any night of the week. This recipe does take about an hour to prep and cook, but the end result is a giant pot of the best soup you’ll have all season. You can eat this soup for days after and still be loving it. Big thanks go to the chefs behind Sargento for sharing this recipe with us.

Quick tip: Be sure to puree the soup in small batches to get the smoothest finish on this soup.
