Secret Weapon Allows Chicken Breasts To Cook In Record Time!

These stuffed chicken breasts that Nagi posted are some seriously good eating! They are full of the sun-kissed flavors of Italy:  sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and spinach. These are truly restaurant-quality, but they are so quick and easy to prepare that you can fix them any night of the week.

One reason that they are so quick is that they require absolutely zero marinating! Nagi developed a special dressing recipe that actually clings to the chicken (inside and outside) as it cooks, thereby imparting added flavor. It will only take you one time of making these to become an expert in the technique. After you have learned the technique, your imagination is the only limit as you can experiment with just about any aspect of the recipe, except for the chicken. And maybe the cheese.

There will be no last minute dashes to the market to pick up some forgotten, critical ingredient. No, this recipe is so versatile that it can adapt to absolutely anything that you have on your pantry, fridge or freezer. That is the secret weapon of it – you don’t need to know anything except the technique. After that, you get to become creative.

Quick Tip:  Worried about cooking times? When cooking a stuffed breast in the oven, here are some guidelines:  a 6oz breast will take about 15 minutes, a 7oz breast will take 18 minutes and an 8oz breast will take 30 minutes. These times are for cooking2-4 breasts at the same time. If you are cooking more than 4 breasts, add more minutes.
