So what is so great about a simple seasoned pretzel? To be honest, I don’t know why they are just magical, they just are. The combination of seasonings is perfect and there is something about the tiny bit of extra vegetable oil that makes a boring pretzel become something amazing. So stick to the exact recipe (it’s pretty easy so you should have no problem at all doing that!) because the result is worth it.
The first time I made these Crack Pretzels, I made the mistake of trying them before I let the, sit overnight. I mean, who ever heard of marinating a pretzel? Well, it’s a must! It takes a little extra planning but make these babies a day ahead of time and let them sit and absorb the seasonings- they are well worth the wait!
