This Is Hands Down One Of The Best Snacks We’ve Ever Had!

Growing up with three siblings, my mother was always looking for fast and simple snacks for the four of us children to feast on. Pigs in a Blanket was the perfect bite just after we stepped off the bus, or following an exhilarating soccer game we played in. Our short stubby fingers would rapidly grab them and pop them in our mouths. Fast, easy, and they tasted great too!

This super simple Honey Mustard Sausage Roll recipe, inspired by the classic, only requires five ingredients! This recipe from Eats Amazing is perfect for the busy mother or bustling student. The hardest part about this recipe is buying the ingredients, because once you have everything, the assembly will be over in a snap.

These goodies are also great party food. The finger licking good honey mustard sauce adds the kick which makes these babies irresistible! They are easy to grab, and will have your guests thinking you labored for hours in the kitchen.

It will bring them back to their childhood, but is still modern enough for them to feel like adults. Who knows exactly what these will remind your guests of, all I know is that it’ll have everybody reaching for more!

Quick Tip: The recipe will still work if the sausage skins stay on. They may pop out of the pastry cases during cooking, but require you to just push them back in while the pastry is still hot.

I made these with a friend’s kid not too long ago and you’re right! It took me right back to childhood. And I thought I was too sophisticated, lol! Loved them!
