You Won’t Be Able To Stop At Just One Cheesy, Saucy Slice
Is there a more perfect food in this world than pizza? I’d argue that there isn’t. It’s s o customizable—literally throw whatever your heart desires onto a crust, bake it and you have yourself a pizza. So whether you like to stick with the classics like pepperoni or go a little crazier with your toppings I’d bet you can appreciate a slice of the good stuff.
This is one of the first things that my husband and I found out we had in common when we started dating. Our mutual love for pizza led us to turning the first few months of our relationship into a quest to try every pizza joint in our town. He even proposed on the patio of our favorite pizzeria—followed by the chef bringing out my favorite pizza himself.
You could say we’re a little obsessed.
Now that we have kids we’re passing on the pizza loving by having a weekly pizza night. Every Friday come rain or shine we have it for dinner. Sometimes it’s a frozen pizza, sometimes delivery and occasionally we go out for a slice.
And now I’ve found the perfect homemade pizza recipe that could replace all three.

Quick tip: A stand mixer with the dough hook attachment works best for this recipe but it can be made by hand—just will take a little more elbow grease.
