Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet

Combine all ingredients until a smooth dough forms

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the greased cookie sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes. Do not overbake—these are best when soft.
