Oh, Honey! Guess What Makes These Rolls So Sweet!
There’s probably nothing I love more than a bowl full of hot buns from the oven. Yes, I mean bread rolls! I love bread as much as the next guy, and I’m definitely one of those people that fills up with dinner rolls and has little room for the rest of the meal.
These Sticky Honey Buns are positively killer. I know, the name makes it sound like it’s too sweet for dinner, but the honey adds just enough of a sugary bite that will make you want to eat more than one, or two, or three!
If you’ve never worked with yeast before, picking up a packet of active dry yeast will make this recipe super easy for you to make. It’s simply a powder that you add into your ingredients, and the yeast will do its own work.
No need to be afraid here! Even with the honey, you can still brush some melted butter over the tops of these buns before serving, just like you would a regular dinner roll.
