If your family is anything like mine they will go nuts for this delicious Skillet Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese! It’s a fun twist on traditional mac and cheese packed with all your favorite burger flavors—there’s really nothing better. Each bite will keep you begging for more.
And it’s all made in one skillet, which means you’ll have less dishes to worry about at the end of dinner. I think we all know that any meal that doesn’t make a lot of dirty dishes is a winner. And when it’s this delicious on top of it there’s pretty much no reason not to make it. Trust me when I saw this will be a new family favorite!
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
3 cups beef broth
¾ cup milk
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tps steak or hamburger seasoning
1 tsp mustard
¼ tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink then drain.
Stir in macaroni, broth, milk, ketchup, mustard and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer uncovered until macaroni is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed—10 to 15 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted.
