Spooky Halloween Pancakes Get Your Autumn Mornings Off to a Great Start

Halloween is just a couple of days away and these cute little ghost pancakes made my day when I saw them. Naturally I had to whip up a stack right then and there, and I plan to surprise my kids with a themed breakfast Halloween morning. These are more than just cute, though – they are also delicious! The ingredients basically amount to pumpkin spice pancakes, a big hit with anyone who loves that special fall-only flavor. And the ghost peaks are easy to make, even if you aren’t handy with cake decorating.

One thing I really liked about these pancakes is how easy they are to enjoy without syrup. Between the ghost peaks and the ingredients of the cakes themselves, there was plenty of sweetness to go around. However, if you love that maple flavor, it blends perfectly with this tasty recipe. The mastermind at Taste and Tell really outdid themselves with this one and I am positive I’ll be making it for many mornings to come, regardless of the holiday. The two little chocolate chip eyes on the ghost are adorable as well, perfect for sleepy kids that need to be cheered up before getting off to school in the morning.
