These days, there are so many diets I’ve read about online, and it all gets a little confusing. Whole 30, Paleo, Vegan; it all just turns into a big blur, after a while.

However, I do love energy bites. Energy Bites are the perfect snack for adults and kids alike, and they are so easy to make. This recipe for Almond Energy Bites is literally only two steps! Plus, it doesn’t require a lot of strange ingredients that you normally see in healthy food recipes.

In fact, almost all of the ingredients can be picked up in the baking aisle at your grocery store! I love making these Almond Energy Bites for a quick breakfast, for a snack in the middle of the day, and as an after-school snack for my neighbor’s kids (they swing by my house, after they get off the school bus, since their mother isn’t home yet. I love getting to make them snacks)!

I honestly don’t know how I was getting through the second half of my day without this recipe before. Even better: you can make a big batch of these bites and then freeze them in a Ziploc bag. That way, you only have to make the recipes once in the beginning of the week and have the perfect snack all week long!
