Organization has never been my strong suit, and I’m definitely an optimist in the face of adversity. Things just work themselves out in the end is kind of the motto I live by. My husband really loves that about me (ha!).
The most recent example of my lack of planning was a spontaneous offer to host family game night at our home. During my busiest week of the year at work. When my husband was out of town, leaving me to prep everything on my own.
Oops. I might not have planned that out quite as well as I could have!
As the days sped by leading up to that Friday night a slightly level of panic set in. I was having 15 people over and had no idea what to feed them. Then I saw this recipe. And it saved the day!
