Ingredients
12 large eggs
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
3 ounces’ shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Crack a single egg into a muffin tin. Add about half a strip of bacon and a quarter ounce of cheese to each cup.
Use a fork to break the yolk and lightly incorporate the ingredients.
Bake the egg cups for about 30 minutes.
