Delicious Green Bean Fries Are the Perfect Way to Sneak In Some Veggies
Have you ever wanted just one specific thing from a restaurant, but not been willing to go out and get it? It’s not an entrée that’s worth sitting down for, and you really don’t even want to leave your house – you just want that one appetizer, or that one side dish, or that one dessert that your favorite place carries. That’s how I feel about green bean fries. These crispy, delicious little veggies are the perfect appetizer or side dish to just about any meal, but I hate talking myself into eating out just for them. But now thanks to Budget Savvy Diva, I don’t have to! I can easily make these at home, and there’s even a recipe for the famous dipping sauce that goes along with them.
This recipe includes basic ingredients that are easy to find, and the instructions aren’t too complicated or involved. There are a handful of cooking steps that take place, but trust me, these are so worth it. Make them for your friends when you’re hosting a party and I guarantee you’ll be the new favorite. These are also a great idea for a game night when you want something a little healthier than your usual pretzel and potato chip binge. Be sure to make the sauce that goes with the fries, it really seals the deal.

Quick tip: Be sure to use fresh green beans, not canned or frozen – they won’t stick to the breading very well.
