These Will Blow Your Mind! (In A Good Way)
I’ve got a bit of a problem. Okay, maybe not so much of a problem as a quirk. I love to combine different types of foods into new and unexpected recipes. I think it stemmed from growing up in a kitchen where we pretty much ate the same thing over and over and OVER again. It was all good food—but at some point it just gets to be a little blah.
So now as an adult with a family of my own I make sure to keep us from falling into the dreaded dinner time rut where everything just all tastes the same. Instead, I try to be creative and come up with way to incorporate our favorite flavors into something totally new.
Lately my son’s been on a real buffalo chicken kick—I’m pretty sure if we let him he’d go out for wings every night—so I’ve been brainstorming different ways to use the buffalo flavor. And the other day when scrolling through Pinterest this recipe caught my eye.
I immediately went to see if I had the needed ingredient and I was in luck! My son (and the whole family) were in for a treat that night.
