Super Easy And Delicious Pasta, There Won’t Be Leftovers

Soon after our third child was born friends brought meals to help feed the family. With two toddlers, an infant, and a hungry husband I loved the help. This Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole was one of our absolute favorites and we’ve added it our own menu since.

It’s super easy to make. I can prep it earlier in the day, throw it in the fridge and then pull it out to bake when we are ready for it.

Now that the kids are teens it’s simple enough to hand them the recipe and send them off to the kitchen to make dinner. It’s an easy way for them to impress their friends and fill up a crowd. Add a side of broccoli and a side salad and the meal is complete.

We rarely have leftovers. In fact there have been a few nights we’ve made three of these at one time! Teenage boys can eat! I have yet to have one turn their nose up at this casserole. It’s particulary great following basketball practice and so much cheaper then ordering pizza. Inexpensive heavy casseroles are the only way to fill their bottomless stomachs.

Quick tip: If you don’t have alfredo on hand a great substitute is cream of chicken soup with about 1/2 can of milk or cream, and 6 oz of parmessan.
