This recipe for Refreshing Strawberry Salsa still has a little bit of heat, like a traditional tomato salsa, but the cooling effect of the strawberries makes it easy to go back for more and more.

Ingredients:
2 cups finely diced strawberries
1 large hothouse tomato, finely diced
¼ cup sliced green onions, white and light green parts
¼ cup finely diced red onion
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
⅛ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:
Dice strawberries and tomato. Allow the tomato liquid and seeds to drain before adding them to a bowl with the strawberries.
Slice the green onions and dice the red onion and add them to the bowl.
Toss the mixture with white balsamic, olive oil, and sea salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Serve salsa immediately with Blue Diamond Natural Almond Nut-Thins.
