With it’s sweet, buttery dough, soft centers and crisp edges, and generous helping of chocolate they’re pretty much the perfect dessert. But when you bake off a whole batch of dough in a skillet it gets even better!

The center stays so soft—basically chocolate chip cookie fudge. So ooey, gooey and delicious! And then the edges are the perfect balance between crispy and chewy. Serve a slice with a big ’ol scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert perfection.

Quick tip: If you don’t have a cast iron skillet you can use this dough in a 9 inch cake pan—you’ll need to incrase the baking time to adjust for the thicker cookie. Or simply bake this dough into regular cookies.
