An Autumn Spin on Your Favorite Snack

I can’t believe how easy this recipe is. You just mix 3 ingredients, rolld them into the crushed cheese crackers and top with a clove stem to make it look like pumpkins. The ranch mix gives the cheese a delicious flavor with spices (and who doesn;t love ranch). Serve them with crackers and you have the perfect cheese ball!

If you’re like me, cheese is the way to start (or end) any meal. Pairing this with some wine is the perfect treat! This recipe is great for adults and kids – it’s a crowd pleaser!

 

Ingredients

8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 pkt Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Mix
1 cup Cheddar Crackers, crushed
Whole Cloves

Instructions

In a food processor, or by hand, blend together cream cheese, cheddar cheese and ranch.

Place the cracker crumbs into a small bowl.

Using a 2 TBSP scoop, scoop out a cheese ball and gently roll it into the cracker crumbs.

Place directly onto a platter or into small cupcake liners.

Stick a whole clove into the top creating the “stem”.

Chill until ready to serve.
