I swear, you’ve never seen a pumpkin recipe like this before! These little fried balls of yum are what I like to call Pumpkin Fritters. They make a great appetizer or snack to munch on, especially on Thanksgiving.
Don’t limit them to only holidays though – you could even make these for Sunday football game days or whenever the mood strikes you. They’re almost just like fried potato fritters, but the pumpkin and spices makes them taste sweet and extra moist to bite into.
They’re really easy to make too, since all you have to do is combine the ingredients, roll them into balls, and fry them up! You can dip them into a sweet chili dipping sauce as well. The combination of sweet and spicy is a real winner.
If you’d rather have them be a part of a bigger meal, you can add these Pumpkin Fritters to soups, stews, or curry as dumpling. They’re perfect for soaking up broth and other juicy flavors. Plus, they ca be easily broken in half with a spoon and eaten up!
