You Don’t Have To Be Italian To Love A Good Garlic Bread Recipe!
I know what you’re thinking: “Garlic bread? That sounds so easy! Why share a recipe for it?” I can’t think of a better thing to accompany a delicious Italian meal than this cheesy, buttery garlic bread recipe that I have for you. I call it Not-Your-Nana’s Garlic Bread.
Words cannot describe how amazingly scrumptious this bread is, so please just do yourself a favor and make it. Now! You won’t regret it!
It is sinful from all the cheese and butter, but so worth it. If you’re really worried about how naughty this garlic bread is, then save it for special occasions or big family dinners. It’s topped with 3 different cheeses, low-fat mayo, butter, garlic, and chopped green onion.
It may sound strange, but I actually think the green onion is what pulls this whole recipe together. It cuts some of the fat and richness. This bread can really be a meal all in itself too. Sometimes, I’ll just serve it with a side salad and some marinara sauce for dipping.
It is so filling and so good. Now that I think of it, this would be a great idea to make for a picnic. Just wrap it up in some tin foil and package it in a backpack or basket!
