Taco  Tuesday Will Never Be The Same—Are You Ready For It?

I’m very blessed to be married to an amazing cook. My husband can whip up anything from a simple homemade casserole  to a fancy three course dinner for us to indulge in on our anniversary. He gets it from his mama and I am SO thankful—I can barely boil water and my patience for cooking runs out after about a half hour. So you could definitely say he’s the head chef in our house.

And there’s me—master kitchen cleaner at your service!

But all joking aside one of the best things about be married to someone who loves to cook is that he’s never afraid to try new recipes and he’s always coming up with new culinary creations  the kids and I just love.

Our youngest son, Ben, adores tacos. Any time we ask him what he wants for dinner they’re the first thing he suggests and his eyes light up every time we actually make them. So for our most recent taco night my creative hubby decided to go a little crazy and take our usual taco routine and shake it up a bit.

This recipe was the end result and suffice to say we may not be having  ”normal” tacos again for a while!

Quick tip: Use your favorite taco meat for these—ground or shredded chicken or pork work just as well as ground beef.
