Ready in Just 15 Minutes!
I love hummus, but sometimes I feel like it doesn’t absorb enough of the bold flavors you add to it. Nothing is worse than a bland dip. They are supposed to be fun and you want to eat them until you’re full (or until you run out of dippers like carrots or chips). With this herb roasted garlic white bean dip, the garlic is definitely forward and takes to the white beans.
When I first had this at my sister’s house a few weeks ago, I mistook the dish for a traditional hummus. After I dipped by baby carrot in the dip and snapped off a bite, there was an explosion of garlic flavor in my mouth, which is a good thing since one of my favorite flavors is garlic. I could eat the pungent food on just about anything.
I immediately begged for the recipe – I had to have it! The flavorful garlic mixed with the hint of herbs really made this bean dip stand out. Ditch the can of bean dip with Fritos and opt for this healthier version. You won’t be disappointed! It’s one of my favorite fun dip staples now – wherever I take it, I come home with an empty bowl!
