I Want To Eat This Salsa During Any Day Of The Year
If you are lucky enough to live where strawberries grow, then this will be the perfect recipe for you! Although, you can obviously use store bought strawberries just as well. I live in the desert of California, so strawberries aren’t grown here.
However, there are many great areas in the United States where you’re allowed to pick fresh strawberries from farms. Strawberries will have to be in season, of course, but many farms are available to the public once the summer weather hits.
To make this Refreshing Strawberry Salsa, serve it alongside a light salad, with other fruit, or you can dip lightly salted tortilla chips into it. It adds that bite of tart with a bit of sweet, and the taste is very refreshing, even if the weather isn’t hot.
Try other experiments as well! Breakfast is well-loved any time of day or night, so try stirring it into your pancake mix. You could also top your waffles with the Refreshing Strawberry Salsa.
Since this recipe is made with fruit, I would suggest only keeping it on your refrigerator for a day or two. It’s best to make it fresh, if you’re expecting company over. I promise it’s well worth it!

Quick Tip: If you like spicy, you can add one chopped jalapeno to the salsa mix.
