This One Ingredient Changes Everything For This Side Dish Recipe
I love corn on the cob, but if you lived in my house, you would already know that! This past summer, I swear, I had corn on the cob almost every single day. Even though corn on the cob is usually eaten at summer barbeques and outdoor events, corn is actually a great produce item to buy from the grocery store or at farmer’s markets in the fall too!
This is one of those foods that tastes great all year long, really. When it comes to cooking corn on the cob, there are so many versatile ways. But my absolute favorite way to make corn is by baking it in the oven!
You may think that grilling your corn on a grill or roasting in over the stove might be the best way, but by baking it in the oven, you can keep this perfect dinner side dish extra moist and juicy. I mean that literally; every time I bite into this baked corn on the cob, I get of burst of juice from the kernels in my mouth! Yum!
My secret ingredient to this recipe that makes the corn so irresistible is my honey butter. A little honey mixed in with melted butter, and poured over the top of the freshly baked corn, is one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life. The combination is the perfect duo of savory and sweet.
