These Are The Best Bites Of Sweet And Salty!
With three kids, my family is always hosting some type of party for them. Whether it’s a birthday, an accomplishment at school, a church confirmation, or any other celebration, we’re hosting it. In fact, the parents of my kids’ friends have even started asking me to host big, group birthdays.
This means I always needs a few solid recipes that are perfect for parties. That’s why I love my neighbor’s recipe for Choco-Peanut Bites. They’re the perfect size for kids to get a couple of bites out of them, they can be handheld, and, not to mention, they taste delicious!
The recipe is so easy to make too; it requires only six ingredients, and it takes just a few minutes of elbow grease – there’s no baking or hot kitchens involved! These little pretzel sandwiches are filled with an extra sweet, peanut butter filling, and the pretzels add a salty contrast.
Sometimes, I even let the kids dip the final product in the chocolate – it gives them something to do and it saves me time for doing other party preparations! I can’t say I’ve ever heard a single complaint from my kids or their friends; everyone loves them! You’ll want to make these for all your future parties, I swear.

Quick Tip: Have your peanut butter and soft butter at room temperature for the easiest mixing.
