Give Me An “H,” Give Me An “I,” Give Me An “S-S-Y!”
If you have been reading and collecting recipes for as long as I have, after a while, you start to wonder: just how do some of these dishes get their outlandish names? Supposedly, this dip was once served at a tailgate party during a college football game. It disappeared far too quickly, and one girl didn’t get to try any, and she immediately erupted into a full-blown hissy fit. Strange, but true? You be the judge!
Regardless of how it came by its unusual name, it is an easy, cheesy and very substantial dip. You will need sturdy crackers, bread or a spoon to eat this one! A mere potato chip would break apart just contemplating being plunged into this warm, gooey mess!
As Michelle says of her wacky dip recipe, “It’s super easy to throw together and is just hopelessly addicting.” Yep, it’s another one of those “crack” recipes, which are reputedly SO crazy-good that you can get addicted to them after taking just one bite. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
I don’t want any of you coming back here looking for me in a month or two, all hollow-eyed and resembling an extra on a zombie movie set. This is a recipe you will have to try at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for your over-indulgence.

Quick Tip: You can assemble this dip up to a full day in advance of when you want to bake it. Just keep it tightly covered and refrigerated. Recommend taking it out of the fridge and letting it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before putting it in the oven. You may need to add more baking time if you attempt to bake it right out of your refrigerator.
