This recipe uses all my favorite fruits, including pineapple, mandarin oranges, and apples. Then you add grapes and my day is made. Plus the lemon juice, yogurt, coconut, and marshmallows, and you’ve got yourself a fruit salad made in heaven. I can’t believe I waited this long to find a fruit salad recipe that works for me, but now that I have this one, I’ll be coming back to Tastes Better From Scratch for more recipes in the future! Big thanks to their mastermind chef for sharing this great recipe.
Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup sweetened, shredded coconut
1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Add apple to a large bowl and toss in lemon juice to keep from browning. Add the pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, coconut, and marshmallows and toss to combine. Stir in Greek yogurt, gently tossing to coat.

Quick tip: If storing in the fridge to eat as leftovers, you may need to pour some liquid off the bottom each time you open the container.
