Perfect for a holiday get together—or a random chocolate craving
I’m going to share why this is my #1 secret chocolate recipe, but you have to promise not to tell anyone—okay? I’m going to assume you’re all nodding in agreement not to talk and continue with spilling the beans. You ready?
I’m a lazy cook. There I said it. I fully admit that I’ll take whatever short cuts I can when cooking and baking as long as the end result still tastes delicious and gets a thumbs up from my taste testers (my hubby and two kiddos!). That means I’ve never met a 30-minute meal I didn’t like and will gladly pop things in the microwave if that means not busting out a double boiler.
That’s how I ended up making this chocolate fudge recipe. I adore chocolate fudge and love to pick up some to sample any time we’re out traveling. I’ve tried dozens of flavors but straight chocolate is my favorite. But up until now I had never made it for myself—it just seemed way to time consuming and finicky!
But when I stumbled upon this recipe the other day my heart skipped a beat. Could fudge really be this easy and still taste delicious?

Quick tip: Melt in 30 second increments, checking and stirring after each one to make sure chocolate doesn’t scorch.
