This Easy Casserole Is One Of The Best Things We’ve Tasted
There’s a story behind how I found the chicken soup casserole recipe. Shortly after I graduated college I was offered my dream job. The only problem was it was two states away from my whole family who I’m very close to. But, not wanting pass up an opportunity I didn’t know would ever come again I took a leap of faith and accepted the position. Packing up my belongings and moving to a new city where I didn’t know a soul.
Fortunately, I lived in an apartment building filled with friendly people who were more than willing to welcome a complete stranger into their lives. Soon enough I found myself immersed in my new life enjoying my new friends, and being thankful I had taken the chance on this new job.
However, the real shining star of my new home was the older woman who lived across the hall from me. She was so full of laughter and brightened my day whenever I saw her. And she was one heck of a cook, too!
That’s where I learned this chicken soup casserole recipe. After suffering through a bout of the flu and beginning to regain my appetite she brought this incredible dish over. It was so hearty and comforting—just what I needed to make a full recovery and feel like myself again.

Is there anyway to print your recipes?
Hi Jackie, you can use ctrl+P to print the recipe. 🙂
I used ctrl+P to print the recipe. In addition to the recipe, it printed 2 additional pages of advertisements and comments. What a waste of my expensive printer ink. Is there another choice with a “printer friendly” option?
Hi Thelma, sorry for the inconvenience! We are looking into creating a more printer friendly option for our recipes – meanwhile, you could highlight and copy/paste just the ingredients and instructions into a Word document, and print from there. I hope this helps! 🙂
