We Have Been Waiting For Something This Good!
Whoever invented the taquito deserves a gold medal- they are perfect for any time of day, any time of year and are so easy to make! Whoever came up with the bacon, chicken and ranch flavor combination should also be given an award. And then, those two magical culinary creations came together in this recipe for Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos…O.M.G. is all I have to say.
So how do you even begin to make such a perfect snack/lunch/dinner? By making the tasty and actually quite simple filling. Cream cheese, shredded chicken, cooked bacon, cheese and ranch dressing mix is all it takes. I must be honest, I don’t even need the tortillas as I could easily eat this filling with a spoon. However, placing the filling into small flour tortillas and rolling it up is still a great idea.
This recipe is also fantastic because the taquitos are baked and not fried (which means you can eat more of them!). Once crispy and hot, you are going to want to eat several of these little snacks or have the whole tray of taquitos for dinner. Enjoy these while they last as they will disappear quickly after you make them!

Quick tip: Before baking, freeze the taquitos in an airtight container. Whenever you need a quick snack or dinner, just throw them in the oven to crisp!
